Ground School Courses
Throughout the year, Nordic Plains Aviation offers numerous in-person ground school classes at the Fergus Falls, Minnesota Airport (KFFM)
These accelerated courses take place Saturday and Sunday, 9 am–5 pm. They provide the fundamentals required for you to begin working toward your private pilot certificate. Instrument and commercial pilot ground school are offered periodically for those seeking additional ratings.

We now have dates for early in 2026 for our accelerated Private Pilot Ground School! Courses will take place on Saturday and Sunday, 9 am – 5 pm. See above for the schedule
