- Piper Cherokees – $165/hr wet plus tax
- Piper Arrow (complex and TAA) – $200/hr wet plus tax
- Simulator – $85/hr
- Flight instruction – $75/hr
- Ground Instruction – $75/hr
- Prepay simulator rates available
Housing Rates
We offer affordable rates for pilots traveling in to train with us.
- Private bed and bath – $350/week or $1000/month
- Additional housing options available on a case-by-case basis
CFI and CFI-I Accelerated Training
We specialize in training CFIs and CFI-Is. Spots are limited, see below for current availability and reach out for more information and secure your spot. Note, this schedule does not impact other ratings or learners local to the area.

Unlike many other schools, we don’t charge course fees for accelerated training! Costs for Commercial and Instrument depend largely on time building and cross-country requirements.
